Newsletter SIAE (in Slovenian e-Novičke ACS) is an electronic bulletin of the Slovenian Institute for Adult Education (SIAE). Its aim is to present, inform and report on activities in the field of adult education and lifelong learning in Slovenia and abroad. The bulletin’s first edition was published in December 2010 thus replacing the printed bulletin Novičke (1992–2009). Several printed issues from 2003 until 2009 are available in the Archive section on the website.

The English edition of e-Novičke is published four times a year: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter edition. It is distributed via e-newsletter to approximately 300 partners abroad.
